Where are orders shipped from?

Orders ship from Japan. Our first collection was selected at the Arimatsu-Narumi Shibori Museum in Nagoya. Read about Nipponika and how we selected these pieces.

Do you deliver to my country?

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options before payment. If no option appears, contact us with your country and the items you are interested in.

How much is shipping?

Available shipping rates are shown at checkout for your destination and order. See our shipping policy for the current delivery information and international free-shipping offer.

Which piece should I choose?

A scarf adds colour to an outfit, a pouch or card case is useful for everyday carry, and a coaster or wall textile brings pattern into the home. Our Japanese gift guide compares the pieces by how they can be used.

What is Arimatsu shibori?

Shibori is a Japanese resist-dyeing tradition. Folding, binding or stitching cloth before dyeing helps create its patterns. Learn more in our guide to shibori.

How should I care for my textile?

Check the care information on the product page and any label supplied with the item. Care can differ by fabric and finish. If you are unsure, contact us before washing or ironing.

What if I need help with an order?

Contact us with your order number. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, include photos of the item and packaging. Please read our return policy for the current terms.
